A PMS with autonomous AI replies on its top plan only. As of October 2026 Mogul is $99 with three listings included and $30 each after; lower plans give suggestions the host sends. Geo-priced in Thailand, reported at roughly half US list in baht. A second-model check before sending. No price recommendations, bank slip expenses or drafted review replies.

A messaging add-on at $19 per property flat, unlimited messages, as of October 2026. Autonomous with SMS escalation. Integrates with Hospitable and OwnerRez only, so it needs one of those two as the PMS. Inbox only; the rest of the desk stays with the host.
