Hospitable's own AI replies
A PMS with AI replies as a feature. As of October 2026: Essentials free with suggestions only, Host $29, Professional $59, Mogul $99 with three listings included and $30 each after. Autonomous replies are only on Mogul, with a second-model check; on every lower plan the host sends. Geo-priced in Thailand, reported at roughly half US list in baht. No price recommendations, bank slip expenses or drafted review replies.
Boom Host
A bundle at $30 per listing for 1 to 20 listings, first month free, as of October 2026. It answers guests, books the cleaner, nudges prices and answers reviews, with three trust modes for the whole account: draft, send the easy ones, full send. No expense records, no bill watchdog, no morning summary, and languages are not stated.
Hostex with HostGPT
A channel manager popular in Asia for its Agoda, Trip.com and Expedia connections. Pro about $10.40 per listing monthly, yearly from $7, 15-day trial, as of October 2026. HostGPT auto-replies are metered at 10 free per property per month, so a busy listing is back to manual replies within days. Prices, expenses and review replies stay with the host.
Airbnb's own AI auto-replies
Free since May 2026, Airbnb only, answers from listing facts only. A guest asking about the lift key card, the hot water switch or the nearest 7-Eleven gets nothing unless it is in the listing. Nothing for Booking.com or Vrbo guests, and nothing beyond the inbox.
